Dedicated professionals. After water damage, I was concern and I did not know where to call. But I felt lucky, after their start working. Highly efficient team. High remarks to the plumber Miguel. How was able to trace the problem, and explain everything.

I own a home that is over 50 years old. I dread it when faced with a plumbing issue. I needed to replace the original faucets in my shower stall. The first plumber I called gave me such a high estimate that I knew it was time to do my homework which led me to Roto-Rooter. Best decision, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and a price a third of previous estimates. Well done!

The night of Thanksgiving the plumbing in my home backed up in 2 of the bathrooms. The timing couldn't have been worse. I had family in town for the holidays. I went on-line at 12:30 a.m. and requested service first thing in the morning. I was lucky to have Aaron Suarez (tech #2394) show up at 9:30. He immediately diagnosed the problem and pulled the toilet out of my master bathroom and ran a snake to break through the blockage. He said that the problem may happen again and the right thing to do was to have a clean-up valve put in the front of the house and do a high pressure water cleaning of the pipes. He did not pressure me to do the service. 2 days later, the line was blocked again and I called Aaron and I authorized him to do the service as previously mentioned. He arrived at my home at 9:00 a.m. It was a tough job as he had to dig down 4 feet in the front of the house to find the main pipe leading into the home. He had another technician (Rafael #3619) join him at 11:00 a.m. to assist him. They eventually found the main pipe, did the high pressure water service to clear out the lines and then ran a snake into the pipes with a camera to show me that the pipes were very old and there were some cracks in it. Eventually I will have to replace the pipes, but he did not pressure me to do it. He explained what needed to be done. Aaron and Rafael finished the job and left my home at 6:00 p.m. Although the job was bigger than Aaron expected, he stuck to his original price that he quoted at the beginning of the job. Both Aaron and Rafael were very professional and I would highly recommend them and roto rooter in the future!

Professional vehicles, equipment, and service. The only gripe is that they don't connect you directly with the technician and instead have to go through their dispatch, so if you're waiting for the technician to show up, there's a lot of middle men to get an estimated time of arrival. I worked with 2 plumbers from here and both spoke English plus another language, which is very helpful in Miami. Licensed and insured too.

I had to use Roto-Rooter via the company I work for, to repair damage to a pipe in a customer's condo. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and they dispatched a plumber very quickly, which was much appreciated. The plumber kept in contact with me throughout and explained the pricing in terms I could understand. He also sent photos , which I really liked. Processed payment quickly and easily. Would use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you!
