I called 24 hours in advance spoke to Kristina at the office. Told her what I thought the issue was.. she had me scheduled for the following day. She called to make sure that someone would be there later as the guys had a pretty packed scheduled. Best part was they showed up 3 hours early. The guys were super awesome, kept us well informed, even after running into unexpected issues. We will definitely be continuing doing business with them. Couldn't have asked for a better company.

I am not happy with their service. I asked them to come at a time I was home but they came when I wasn't home. I paid them with a credit card because I really needed someone to come because I had a full tank. So because they already got paid they came when they wanted. I came home from work and my septic system was still backed up. They left the main line full of sewage instead of sucking that tube out like my normal septic guy. I called the next morning and they told me to call a plumber. I in clogged it myself with a garden hose. They also used spray foam to seal the access covers instead of mortar like my usual guy. Also a couple weeks passed and I wanted to check the filter to make sure it was clean and flowing and what do you know it wasn't even cleaned. The ground was hard and compacted since it's been a couple years since it was cleaned. Oh and it was sealed with mortar since it WAS cleaned by my normal guy. Again substandard work at best!!!
