We use a well water and a pump is vital for us... It stopped working for all of the sudden. I went through the entire business list of local plumber. Some didn't pick up the phone, some had their phones disconnected, few could not come today, one asked for a $55 fee just for an estimate... Mr. Milner arrived 30 minutes after our phone conversation, found the source of the problem, fixed it... He accepted my American Express, processed on his iPhone and shook my hand. This is want I want to see as a customer. Great service. Very effective, fast and professional. I am going to call Mr. Milner for upcoming plumbing projects.

STAY AWAY!! THEY ARE DISHONEST, AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT PERFORMING THE JOB.. I had a clogged toilet. Called and spoke to Mr MILNER himself. He agreed to send someone next day at 830am. Guy shows up 1.5 hours late. Uses a snake.. Spends 15 minutes and hands me a bill for $180.00. Says problem fixed even though I told him I thought he should check elsewhere. He wouldn't check and insisted it was fixed.. Told me if any issues to call... That afternoon I flushed toilet and it overflowed into house... Called MILNER and this is what he said: "WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CLOGS" .. He said it would be another $180.00..I said, but sir this just happened yesterday and your tech told me to call if there were problems.. Mr. MILNER immediately erupted and wanted to find out what the tech had told me regarding guarantee and if he asked me to call him.. I told him yes and he went on a rant that he will be firing the tech.. I even felt bad for the poor tech and tried to diffuse the situation but to no avail Mr MILNER went on with his rant.. Long story short after arguing my case Mr MILNER agreed to send someone to "check it" but get this, he claimed he didn't have a tech for the next two weeks.. MILNER advised he would call me back.. It's been 2 months and he never called back.. Moral of the story.. This guy is like the plumber version of the soup nazi... He will treat his employees and customers like garbage. Like a ruthless dictator.. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CALL THIS PLUMBER.. YOU WILL REGRET IT.. poor customer service horrible interpersonal skills...
