This interaction started off good. Kelly, who made the appointment and was our phone contact, is pleasant. George, the technician who serviced our heater, is knowledgeable and fixed the initial problem. He even tried to be helpful. Here is where things go wrong. George noticed that our main valve inside the garage attached to our Culligan water system was leaking. He asked if I wanted him to fix/replace it while he was here. I said, "yes". In the process, he broke the PC piping and didn't have the same size on his truck. At this point, I asked if he just wanted me to call Culligan and have them take care of it. He said, "No, we"ll take care of it. I was trying to be nice and this is what happens." I told him I appreciated it. George ended up having to go somewhere on Nebraska Avenue to get the part. He returned 1 1/4 hours later and fixed the pipe. I thanked him and was ready to settle the bill. It was $357.50. This included the pipe and the time it took to get it. Okay, I understand he was trying to be helpful and inadvertently broke something, but should I be penalized. I called the office to see if we could at least meet in the middle because I did ask about calling Culligan to correct the problem. Sam answered the phone. He was not willing to consider anything I had to say. "Ma'am, it was your pipe. We don't carry that size on the truck. How old is your house?" I told Sam our system was not as old as the house; we put it in after we purchased from the previous owners. "Then, how long has it been sitting in the sun?" It's not in the sun; our system is in our garage. That's when he raised his voice and when I asked him to lower it, he said he couldn't hear well and had to speak loudly. This was not the case at the beginning of our conversation. I realized Sam was not willing to listen to my concerns and was set on charging me for their mistake - no compromising. The conversation ended with me stating I would pay because I wasn't going to make this a bigger issue for me. He could unequivocally know his company would never do work at our house or for me again. Our neighbors network - I will share my experience.

Very Professional - Tricare has been handling the plumbing service at my house and my business for over 5 years now. In that time I have had them replace a water heater and a water softener, install reclaim water lines, repair shower valves and make several misc. service calls. I'm always very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them. Makes me wish all companies would operate on this level of efficiency.

We are so thankful for this company. They have gone above and beyond and treated us like family. When my grandmother fell, the hospital wouldn't release her till she had a safe place to go home to. They came out and installed a high seat toilet, so that she could come home as soon as possible. Everyone has been super professional and kind. They have showed up on time and working quickly and courteously. As a mother, home alone with four children, I felt comfortable and safe with the people sent out to do the work. Thanks for your affordable, dependable, and well completed work. You've gone above the basic requirements and expectations. We highly recommended this company for any and all plumbing needs. They have completed everything from simple to extensive plumbing jobs for us or friends of ours.

Just completed a Job on 02-May-2017 - The Shower Valve, overhead rain head, and Hand held was done as Promised - No issues there. The Time of Completion was on time no problems, Service Technician, Extremely nice and very respectful. Now for the Major Disappointment, and it so happens to be the soul reason why I agreed on this Contract - " The Shower Pan " Installation. What a disappointment - #1 No Shower pan was installed. There is a box that looks like a shower pan, Foam boards (talk about cutting Corners) on the bottom covered with grey thick plastic, Completely unfinished Job - Photo 1 is what I got, Photo 2 is what I was going to install myself, Photo #3 is what I was promised. I wouldn't be so angry if Photo#4 would of ended up as final job so I could install Tile right over it. But NO - The Contract Specifically States "SHOWER PAN" and I received the Prep work for a Future Pan - I tried speaking with the Owner Sam Watson and he kept arguing with me that I was trying to Pigeon Hole him to doing more. I was more than willing to work something out. He was not even listening to what I was trying to explain. Definitely going to Small Claims Court on this one as there is no way I paying anyone to pour concrete to finish a Pan that this company Promised, either correct it or remove it and replace it with the ready tile Pan and install what was promised.
