My water is off because of a leak. I Called yesterday and they had no one in my area to come out. They scheduled me for 8-12 the next day. It’s now 4:00 and no one has come yet. Everytime I call they say he’s another hour out. Not sure anyone will ever show up

A truly professional group. We had a minor plumbing problem, set-up and appointment and the service personnel arrived as stated. The work was promptly performed, and we were very happy. As with anything that has parts associated with repairs, unexpected problems may happen. This happened to us. The leak that had been repaired re-appeared. We called back and received very kind and respectful care for our problem and were immediately set-up for a follow-up appointment to correct the problem. Here again, the worker arrived on time and as professional and knowledgeable as could be. He proceeded to correct the problem, checked and double checked his repairs was very careful to explain everything he did and before he departed wanted to be sure we were happy with the results which of course we were. We have used Roto-Rooter for several other repairs in the past and couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work.

I had to reschedule do to the work load which left me very frustrated, but after the tech arrived and explained everything I felt a lot better. He was very professional and once I saw the end results in my pipes I was very pleased with the choice I had made. I have had blocked pipes cleaned before but never this thoroughly.
