Outrageous pricing and horrible service. Had nothing but problems with the company since installing a new AC unit almost 3 years ago! They blame everybody else for their mistakes. When you question what they are saying, they fabricate another excuse...the most common reason is bad/wrong installation; love seeing their faces when I tell them ARS did the installation! Every "technician" has a different reason for equipment failure, but they sure are quick to charge you outrageous prices for labor...10 minute repair will cost about $700! Stay clear! This company is a con! Oh, and when I took advantage of a $25 service special to make sure I would be good for the upcoming hot season, the technician identified over $2,500 in repairs needed...and two weeks later when I first turned the AC on after a cold spell, it didn't work again! Not even 3 years old and only installed, repaired, and serviced by ARS...BUT NO MORE!

Never showed and ignored: We had a backup in our master bathroom which was an emergency because it was filling the spa tub and the shower with feces. I called at 7:00 pm because they advertise 24 hour service. The representative that answered was very nice, understanding, and she got in contact with a technician and said that he was on the way. A 10:00 pm I called to find out when the technician was going to arrive, waited on hold for over an hour with no answer from a representative and then got cut off. At midnight I called again and kept calling until 1:00 am. Still no representative answered the phone and no technician. The next morning I stayed home from work to get another company to come. The other company came quickly and gave a super reasonable price for several hours worth of work. I used ARS chat and asked to have a manager call me about why they did not show up. They said they would contact me right away and that they were sorry. It is now 5:20 pm and still no phone call and no technician ever showed up at anytime. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I am in my 50s and have had a lot of plumbing companies come to our homes over the years since, in the military we move all over the U.S. but we have never been treated this way. Stay far away from this company.
