Kitchen sink was clogged. I need my sink! Called Stacey at Bayonet...she sent Chris who arrived within a couple hours. He was neat/clean and professional. My sink was fixed for a REASONABLE price. Thank you, Bayonet Plumbing, for a great job. GRATEFUL

Some of bayonet techs are very dishonest. The company its self has put 2 ton ac units in homes equipped for 4 to 4 ton unit....And call them energy efficient! My ac has been breaking since I moved into this home 4 years ago! And it seems to break every 6 months and we are calling bayonet to fix a problem they I'm sure broke. This last issue just takes the cake! I'm saving that one for the Attorneys! Bayonet you Suck and you are dishonest! You use to be #1 in my book until you did the dishonest and illegal $#!? U did!!

Honest and professional. Top notch customer service from the dispatcher to the tech, Rafael, who came out on a Sunday to get my a/c back up and running. First time using their service and now I know why I see so many of their trucks on the road, this is a company you can put your trust in.

Drivers need to learn how to drive and act while in company van. Just had one of their employees tailgating me on 75 near MLK, middle lane, car in front of me going slow and this driver in their van pulls up next to and gives a dirty look. If 70 mph is not fast enough for your drivers, a good driving school might work.

Customer service on the weekend is horrible. I called in while my air was out and this lady was literally rushing me to make a decision to be placed on their board. They charge $90 for showing up and premium repair fee, however, she couldn't give me an estimated time of arrival. Her exact words were, "we put you on the board and we get to you when we can". My issue with that statement is this. If I am paying premium cost and an increased consultation fee, the minimum I am expecting is an idea if I will be receiving service. Also being that I am no expert, I asked if I can just consult with my wife if we want to go ahead with the appointment and she kept reminding me she has other calls. I found it very distasteful for a company that has been around for years. They need a workflow that can give their paying customers some assurance what they are signing for.
