I've been using these guys for years. Jim is the best. He knows my house well. I never hesitate to call him. Thanks, Jim.

Initially was happy with your service. It took longer because you got our street address and phone number wrong, but it all worked out. However, we never got a bill (due to the sewer work being contracted). Late last month, finally got a bill (with the street address still wrong, thank you USPS for being able to figure out where to get the bill though!), asking for payment. Planned to pay this month after getting paid. Today, a woman shows up at my house while I'm away demanding payment from my wife, saying that they've called and mailed multiple times trying to reach me. Checked my work and cell, no records of any calls at that number, and no voicemails from R&S, most likely you never corrected the phone number in your system. We paid, and I contacted R&S privately by email asking to resolve the situation in good faith. Instead I got an unsolicited call at my workplace from the same person who was rude to my wife, first calling my wife a liar, and even after admitting she had the wrong phone number (a 224 area code when I've never had any such number) wondering why I didn't take it upon myself to call them back (with them saying "Well, I don't have a crystal ball"). If I had written a check last week, likely R&S would not have received it by now. Nothing like being treated like a deadbeat and a liar EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING, despite having other work done by other contractors in the coming months that was paid in full immediately, due to a mistake in recording information. Stay very far away from R&S. It seems like they do their job very well, but if something goes wrong, they'll assume you're the worst scum alive.

I was driving in front of the R&S van and they tailed me very closely in the rain and honked when I hesitated for about 10 seconds at a right turn on red. Then once I made my turn they sped up the cut me off at a merge at the last second. I don't know how their plumbing services are but if it's anything like they drive its dangerous at best

I have used this family owned and operated business on a number of occasions with great satisfaction.

Since the e-mail on your site doesn't seem to be working I'll message you here: I was just on my lunch break going down Meacham at about 12:30 when one of your drivers tailgated, honked, and flipped me off while I was going down the two-lane construction zone towards a red light. If I would have touched my brakes at all, he would have ruined the back half of my car. Just wanted to let you know how your drivers are acting in public carrying your company name on the side of their car.
