We were generally pleased with the work performed by the two people. One came to check and clean the furnace, and was thorough and competent. They both were friendly and personable. The other person came to clean out one of our drains downstairs. While the work performed was good, he forgot to plug back in our ejector sump pump, which our washer drains into. I did not notice this before starting some laundry, and when I came back downstairs to change loads, we had quite a bit of water on the floor and the sump was full of water. We were lucky that we had a second sump pump close by, which drained the water that overflowed onto the floor.

Tim was knowledgeable and quick in his work. He came in and got the job done, explained what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. I would recommend this company as they were prompt in returning my call and easy to schedule a time that worked for me.

Buchner provides prompt, professional, and thorough HVAC services. Ryan installed a water heater in my house. He had to run out to get a part, a 25-minute delay, but it was no big deal. Ryan showed me where the owner's manual was and how to restart the pilot light.

Fantastic prompt service and reasonable rates. Would highly recommend!

They were able to make an appointment in a short time. They actually saved me money by not doing additional work I thought would be necessary. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was hoping the labor would be guaranteed more than 30 days. I used them for their plumbing service.
