This is the second time Jesse and Tommy have been at my house for my kitchen sink. I messaged them through Yelp today with a separate problem with my kitchen sink because they were so helpful the last time. They messaged back right away and came by a few hours later. It was just a simple loose screw and did not even charge me anything. I was so grateful they were there so quickly and the problem could be solved and they didn't even charge me anything!

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever experience. I called them on a Tuesday and they ensured me that someone would be out within an hour. 5 hours later, no one showed up. I then scheduled an appointment, which the technician called and pleaded to have the appointment moved to the following day *Thursday*. Reluctantly I agreed and on Thursday no technician showed up despite my calls. If you can, go with a company more professional that will respect your time and money. I have not even described everything that has happened to me in regards to doing business with them. However, I will advise you to save your funds.

Jesse and Tommy came on time. They are efficient and did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service! We called this company on a Saturday at 1pm for a plumbing emergency where water was coming out from under our toilet and backing up in our shower drain. The dispatcher said a plumber would be at our place within an hour, but a few minutes later I got a call from the technician saying it would be between 60-90 minutes. I understood that it is a weekend and would be busy, so that was fine. However, an hour and a half passed and no one had arrived. I called the company to see if they were close, and they said they hadn't left the previous job yet. I wondered why they hadn't called to let us know it would be later than expected.. bad customer service! I then got a call from another plumber at their company who said he would be at our house within 30-45 minutes. One hour later, he finally showed up. The plumber that came to our house was very kind and explained everything. However, he didn't fix the issue and less than 30 minutes later, the issue was happening again. At that point, the plumber had a funeral to attend (I feel for him if this were true, but at 5:30 on a Saturday night, it was hard to believe). The company did not care and was not in any rush to help us or solve the problem. Someone else came out a couple of hours later and did the same thing, just said it needed to be done again. They did not apologize for the inconvenience, didn't clean up the mud they dragged in, and didn't even tell us that they had completed the job; they just loaded up their vehicle and left. For $450, I expect better customer service. ALSO, possibly the most mind-blowing part of today's encounters with Captain Rooter plumbers, the first technician did not have any basic tools when he arrived. My husband had to get him a flashlight and his entire tool set with varying sizes of wrenches to disassemble and reassemble things as he searched for a solution to the problem. For $450, they need to come prepared with basic tools! Update: Since the initial incidents, the same problem occurred again (within 9 days of the technicians fixing the issue the first two times). This time, Jesse and another technician were very prompt, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. I was still bothered by their staff's lack of communication because one of their plumbers called my cellphone at 6:45AM to ask what they were coming to my house to fix later that day. I was shocked to have someone call so early in the morning when the appointment wasn't until 7:00PM. They need to work on communicating better within their team.

Company quoted a job. When i called day-of to confirm, they said the appointment and quote was in their schedule, but they hadn't assigned a plumber. A plumber then called and said the work would be $1200 more than the price they had quoted. I would not recommend booking them for anything.
