Highly recommend not to contact! Water is leaking in our basement, they couldn’t determine the source of the leakage so instead they just pointed the finger at our bathtub drain. They charged us $225 just to replace a bathtub drain that was perfectly fine. When I tried to reschedule another appointment with them about the same issue, the customer service rep informed me there will be a fee. We basically wasted $225 for an issue that was never fixed. Very disappointed in Hessville plumbing!

Hessville was sent out via an in home plumbing insurance plan to fix a clogged tube drain. They couldn’t fix it, so they left after about 2 hours and refused to return. The insurance company tried re-dispatching them twice, but they never showed up. I ended up fixing the problem myself. I get it that it was probably a fixed price job, and they were losing money. However, they shouldn’t take a job unless they plan on completing it.

Greatest company

Leslie, at the office, was courteous and helpful in trying to get a plumber to my house as soon as possible. Pat and Andy arrived sooner than expected. Both were very friendly and conversational, answering my questions and explaining some ways to practice preventative maintenance.
