Great service and very professional from the appointment made on the phone to the work completed on site. I'm glad I called Meurer Plumbing and would recommend it to friends and family over any company around. Remember, you get what you pay for. If you want QUALITY service and knowledgeable workers, this is the place you should call. I've used other companies in the past before Meurer Plumbing and could see the difference in their work right away. Also third generation family-owned which is a bonus!

I was searching for a plumber for some time. I got three estimates for the same job but they were all somewhat different. The owner Ted came and explained the project to me in detail including parts that others missed. I was impressed that it is a family run business he built together with his father and now involves his wife and two sons. When it came time to install the water softener (one of three projects they did) the plumber that came explained why he was hooking it up the way he was and not using an existing drain line( installed in 1960’s). He placed drop cloths and even swept after he was done. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to family and friends.

Overall, this is a good company. However be careful with pricing. Get a quote up from for the work to be performed. I was very surprised by a huge bill when the diagnostic took way over what was expected.

Well no room for 0 stars. Called, came out promptly there was no mention of a service charge. Bathtub was leaking into the downstairs when showering. So he came out and I pointed out to him that the flange by the drain was crooked a bit and he said no that’s not the problem, it was the grout. So we asked if he could fix it and he said he doesn’t do grout. He Also said to let the kids just take baths until we fix the grout. So baths it was! Now water pouring into my living room downstairs. So I ended up watching a you tube video on what the issue could be. Removed the flange and the rubber washer was kinked up under the flange. I took the flange out and the washer, Cleaned up all the puddy and replaced it. Tightened it down good and problem was fixed. So we called and complained about the service charge to not even diagnose the problem and he said “I don’t know what to tell you it’s our policy”. Also the little spot on the downstairs ceiling turned into 10 feet worth of destroyed ceiling because he told us to have the kids take baths until the grout was fixed. Another $400 dollar repair. Your better off watching a you tube vid than calling Meurer plumbing !
