3 times I scheduled Kenny at Art Landry to come out and do some minor repair at my place. All 3 times he never showed up or even called. Never use this service.

I am resident of Talmar Woods in Orono, and I had a great experience with Art Landry!!! They were very professional, nice people, and courteous. I sleep nights, and they did a very good job in working as quietly as possible, and still got the job done in impressive time. They cleaned up promptly after themselves, and answered my questions about natural gas heating systems very well. If I owned my own place, I would use Art Landry for sure for my plumbing and heating!!!

I am one of many residents of Talmar Wood in Orono that had to deal with Art Landry's impressive lack of professionalism. First off let me state that the employees were friendly gentleman. I had plenty of conversations with them, and did certainly enjoy it. Onto the not so friendly parts: They have no respect for your property. Outside of our building they had parked their trailers and worked out of that location. frequently they would show no consideration for taking the reserved parking spots that residence pay for. They are clearly marked and so are the visitor spots nearby. Once they made it inside of the apartment to work they again showed little-to-no respect for the property. Every day I would return to my apartment to find dirt, leaves, etc dragged throughout the place. "We'll send a guy to clean up shortly" -- best of luck running into the mysterious guy who cleans up. At the end of it there was dust and wood chips underneath every installed radiator, and a large dark stain running along the carpet where men had walked through daily (yes I vacuum, no it doesn't help). Once they moved their trailers the area was littered with trash. Wrappers belonging to everything from hardware to their lunch were scattered about the parking lot and short area their trailers were parked. As someone who has worked in carpentry I cannot fathom how they packed up, turned to overlook the mess, and thought, "yup we did a good job here today boys, lets take off." Making a mess wasn't the end of it. Several other residence of Talmar Wood reported coming home after work/school to find their door unlocked, or worse, WIDE OPEN. note this isn't with them working inside; they had left and took it upon themselves to assume the area was safe. Luckily that didn't happen to me or I would have had a lot more than a contemptuous review to share. Overall this is an incredibly unprofessional outfit and I'm not astounded that the only other review also happens to be a 1-star.
