I woke up cold to no heat or hot water on a 18 degree morning, 6 weeks after buying my condo. Not good! The company that normally services my boiler was not sure they would be able to take a look the same day, so I called a local company that was recommended to me by a friend. They answered very early and were able to confirm that someone would be out the same morning. They came out, did some trouble shooting and were nice enough to explain some things to me about the boiler (being a new home owner this was helpful). They identified the issue and were able to resolve it within the same day, and get the boiler heating my condo again. I plan to use them again and recommend them so far. They also provided me with options for a newer system and cheap ways to finance that. From initial call to final follow up calls, they are a nice group.

They were GREAT for me. My oil burner stopped working. I called, they made an appointment right away, came and fixed it and a few other parts of the system that needed attention all for $150.00 !!! Thank GOD !

Horrible service, worse attitude. Our heat went out this black Friday. We agreed to a $300 fee for emergency service, which was to cover the house call & a diagnostic fee @ $150 each). The technician assessed our situation & stated we needed a new motor as ours was very congested with sediment. Couldn't get new motor until Monday but suggested we clean out the motor & that this should hopefully buy us some time. (For an additional $150). Well it lasted

PLEASE read this and DON"T EVER use this company!!! I used them one time on November 7th for a no heat call. They charge a 95.00 trip charge, which I knew up front but the tech came and diagnosed and fixed the problem all within 15-20 mins. He called me and told me it was the small switch on the furnace door that was the problem and that he had it on hand and needed to just replace it. This is a 20-25.00 part and was a 10 minute job. I was then charged a total of 340.00. My tenant was home and told me he was there a total of 15-20 mins and then found out the tech then proceeded to stay parked out front in his truck for about an hour. It took 4 phone calls over a 4 week span to finally talk to their Operations manager Dan Carroll, who then said he would look into it and called me back about an hour later and we agreed I had no problem with the 95.00 trip charge but he then proceeded to tell me that he pays the tech 25.00 an hour and he needed to recoup two hours as he was taken off the grid for a couple of hours to fix my furnace, do you remember me saying he was at my house a total of maybe 20 minutes?! so with travel time to my house, that's maybe an hour of time, maybe.... and then said it's 20.00 for the part and asked what it brought it to, if it was about 160.00 left to refund and I said no it's 180.00. He then proceeded to ask me how I heard about them and I replied that I did an online search for natural gas service companies and then said that advertising is expensive and so they had to pay for that for me to find them online. I found their website!!! and so he proceeded to say he had to recoup 30.00 for that. And so he could refund me 150.00. He also told me that they were going to be just breaking even with my service call but that that was ok. I told him that's not true and he knows it. 95.00 for a trip charge more than takes care of the tech and his gas for the 45 mins for travel and time at my house plus he then charged me 50.00 for the tech to be there for 2 hours, which was never the case plus the 20.00 for the part and then charged me 30.00 for advertising??? I was so tired of calling and dealing with them and so just said fine, I'll take 150.00, it's better than nothing. Well that was last Friday the 8th. I was told the accounting girl who he was talking to while on the phone with me could and would credit me that day back to my card. It is now Tuesday the 12th and still no credit. I put a call in and will call again tomorrow. I worked for a heating oil company in the are for 15 years and have never heard of such BS and I also dealt with the CC's there and also at current job and had they put the credit through, it would be showing up already. Worst customer service I have personally ever experienced and total crooks. STAY AWAY!!!

Very poor service and support. I went through MASS save and they use Dipietro Heating and cooling. I don't recommend either one. Dipietro install the boiler and patched the ceiling where they installed the vents before they had it inspected by the city. They left a mess and a pile of insulation all over the floor. Then boiler didn't pass inspection so they had to remove and reinstall the vents. I had a hole in my garage ceiling for 4 months and made several calls before they came to fix it. It took them a year to realize they needed to do the electrical inspection and I had to call them to finally have it scheduled. I had a few issues with the unit within the past 2 years and they have not been helpful.. It takes at least a week to get service and their technicians are not knowledgeable about the heating units. After 2 yrs and $10,000. I am still having issues. The unit they sold me isn't working and needs new parts, luckily it's still under warranty. I found another HVAC service to do the work. At a minimum Dipietro should make sure their units are inspected in timely manner and they pass inspection.
