Nathan Byers was very professional, thorough and friendly. He did a very good job installing my ceiling fan. He even cleaned up all of his mess; he even vacuumed the floor. What I did not like is the cost: $285 to install one ceiling fan; only took little more than an hour. That's a lot of money!There was nothing to take out because the previous light was already dismantled. I tried to get an estimate when I called Hoover to make the appointment, but was told the electrician would have to come out to give me a price (which would cost $65). So when I hear $570 for two light installations, I'm shocked! But I don't want to lose the $65 so I go ahead and pay the fee for one installation. (NOTE: Loews quoted me $119 flat rate to install ceiling fan; however, they didn't have the light I wanted. So I went to Home Depot and they referred me to Hoover Electric. Maybe I should have bought a different light/fan.) Oh well, it's done and my husband is happy. I called another electrician who agreed to install the other ceiling fan for $70. He's done work for me in the past and I recently saw some lights he installed at my dad's house. I should have waited for his return call.

I had Nathan out to my home to do some electrical upgrades. This is the first time I have used Hoover Electric and I am happy I found them. Nathan's knowledge, work ethic and professionalism are exemplary. He went above and beyond the initial job and pointed out areas that could be improved without making me feel like he was giving me the hard-sell to make unnecessary improvements. He was an ambassador for Hoover and pointed out how important customer satisfaction is to the company. I also liked that Hoover sent emails and texts to confirm the appointment and let me know when Nathan would arrive. I plan on having Hoover out to do some plumbing work and I will definitely ask for Nathan the next time I need a good electrician.

Professionals! Communicated promptly, texting photo of plumber before he arrived, electronic quoting, courteous upon arrival. Michael the plumber installed a new-to-us-vintage toilet, being careful to keep the authentic look of the 50s pink tile all around. He had to troubleshoot the old piping to make it work and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself and made sure no leaking. He also installed a new garbage disposal very quickly a neatly. We will definitely call Hoover again and ask for Michael. Thanks

The electrician that came to my house was great and knowledgeable. I previously had recommendations on what to do about power to my garage but this kid had the right answer. I went ahead and had service done . My problem is solved. Also service on the phone was very polite and customer friendly. This company has definitely won a customer over today

It's a pleasure working with this company! When you have a problem with electrical plumbing, heating and or cooling I recommend you call Hoover there staff is excellent from the friendly people in the office setting up your appointments to the awesome technicians in the field they keep there word and get jobs done right and fast. The techs are very polite and friendly they also answer all your questions and they make you feel like you're in good hands. Definitely recommend this company to your friends your family your coworkers anybody you know because they'll get the job done right the first time. I know I will continue to call Hoover when I need work done! Also would like to add its 100% guaranteed satisfaction. Keep up the great work Hoover!!!!
