Vinny is no longer my favorite plumber

I used to think he was the best, most reliable, honest plumber around but his latest work and actions have me feeling otherwise. I hired him to install a kitchen sink for me and things didn’t go so well. The sink was installed but after he left I had no cold water only hot. When I called and explained the situation he said he would return the next day. That never happened so I called him again and got the same promise. After hearing the same thing about him coming in a few hours over and over again I finally realized he’s not coming. During the installation he left for what he said would be a few minutes but actually turned out to be over an hour. I don’t know what he did in that time but when he returned he seemed like a different person and for some reason he messed up something or forgot to check his work because I can only get hot water from the faucet. Not very professional or reliable, always hours late if he showed at all. I’m disappointed in him and his work.

We are doing a bathroom remodel and needed to move a shower drain and water feeds in the shower. Vinnie was able to come out quickly and he did an amazing job. He was very helpful, thorough and very professional. We will definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.
