I highly recommend them. They've been out for a couple of times and have been willing to work with our schedules, amazing customer service, trustworthy and always willing to help at a short notice. You can tell they take pride what they do and want what's best for us. Fair pricing on everything they've done. If they are able to fix it, I will definitely be calling them.

No one answers their phones! After leaving two voicemails I got a phone call two weeks later saying they're busy and aren't accepting new business. I'm so glad they're busy and that an Oxford business is doing well, but waiting two weeks for a call back is absurd when your plumbing is leaking and more so, to just have some lady say they're busy and aren't accepting business as if that makes non-existent customer service ok...?! I contacted three other local plumbing companies who all answered their phones or returned messages within 24 hours, even though two others were booked out weeks in advance.... So they might have great guys in the field but their office skills are non-existent. Good luck getting ahold of anyone!

Fantastic service! Fit me in at the last minute! Fixed my electrical without adding on a charge and then called me the next morning saying my old heater still had a few months left on the rebate! They did not have to be honest and refund me the money. I would have never known. Honest and competent. I highly recommend their services!

I have had home town plumbing out for a couple different situations. Boiler work & plumbing work. They have been fair, honest & have done a great job both times. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to have an honest estimate & a professional job done.

My neighbors and I called a few weeks back to have some service done and chose Home Town because the quoted price over the phone was better than other places I had called. After waiting for the contractor to contact us we decided to check on the status and were told that now the contractor isn't sure if he's going to do the work. I understand that we may be about 20-25 minutes away and maybe that's too far for only two jobs but it would have been nice to know much sooner rather than being strung along all this time. Price seemed good, but service (especially the gal answering the phone) was sub par.
