This company is absolutely amazing. I've worked with them for almost 7 months now on an everyday basis and it has been nothing but positive. Everyone in house is extremely helpful and kind and their techs are knowledgeable, kind, professional and most importantly time efficient. Whenever I have regular or emergency work Mr Rooter always guarantees me a time in the schedule that doesn't fail. I'm very proud to say we have such a reliable company on our side. I always let them know that their time and services are greatly appreciated simply because they are. If you ever have any issues do not hesitate to give this company a call FIRST.

Well they say 3rd time is a charm, this is my 3rd review in a year, I would not call anyone else. I had old galvanized piping and they took care of everything. Stacy in the office and Don who does the plumbing, went above and beyond great customer satisfaction.

From the minute Brandon knocked on the door and presented himself, I was impressed with his professional courtesy. He did a great job of asking questions to determine our problem, and was crystal clear in setting expectations and the costs of our options for a solution. I'd highly recommend Brandon & Mr. Rooter.

Had them come to replace my mom's. Water heater on Dec. 27th have had nothing but problems she has been without hot water for days now and won't get fixed till Tuesday. One of the plumbers that was there won't return calls Jordan is not a very plumber. My mom is 75 not in good health this is not a company i will ever call again went something else needs fixing piss poor company if u want it done right call someone else

We had a water heater replaced. They were willing to come out and gave me several estimates with absolutely no pressure to sign with them. I contacted one other company who wouldn't even come out and gave higher estimate over the phone. Heater was replaced very promptly and repairman Doty was very nice and explained things to me.
