I called Mark in the morning with no working water heater and by late afternoon Mark had walked me through the decision making, and came to my home and changed out my water heater with a new one. Mark was very clear and accurate with his estimate and worked hard getting the job done right. I would not hesitate to recommend Area Lakes Mechanical, and Mark for your plumbing needs.

I don't know where to begin with explaining the character and integrity of Mark when I called him late on a Saturday night with a flooded basement. After carefully listening to my problem, he walked me through recommendations and gave me a name/number of someone who could help best. He called back later that night to make sure I had contacted someone, and finally, he called me the next day to make sure I had what I needed to get my basement dry and problem free. He saved me money, without making any profit himself and genuinely cared about my situation. What an incredible asset in our community and whose geniune care can be rare to find. THANK YOU AGAIN Mark!! -Heidi

Great experience! Mark was very friendly and timely. Did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to look at all of our plumbing and heating and give us advise. Would definitely use him again for our heating and plumbing needs.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Area Lakes Mechanical. Mark has been our family mechanical contractor for almost thirty years including repairs, replacement and new construction work. He consistently gives quality workmanship and helpful advice or recommendations.
