We needed a simple part to fix our toilet. They came out and fixed it, but it was about $135.00 and we did not get the bill for 2 months. When the plumber was out I asked about how much this would cost. They guy did not know. I could not describe what was needed, but I know that the 5 minutes he worked on the toilet someone should have been able to give me an estimate. Then I called the place and stated, "A week or so ago a plumber was out to fix our toilet. I was hoping that I could find out how much this is and to pay this over the phone. " She stated, "We don't take electronic payments, and I can't tell you that because I have not worked up the bill yet." Two months after the guy was out there, I get a paper bill. It's very irritating. I would have been better served to take the time, watched a Youtube video and been done with this.

We got 4 quotes ranging from $2500 to $3500, we chose village plumbing at $3000 to hookup city water. They told us if there is a problem they could boar a new water line from the house to the street for an additional $500. The water line from the house ended up being on the other side of the tree from the city hookup and they charged $850 to boar 6ft. This doesn't make sense boar 50ft from the house may cost $500 but 6ft cost $850, this is not a reasonable cost for 6ft. They were not even here for 8 hours but charged us $3850 to finish the job. They don't hold up into there contract, they add outrageous charges apart from what agreed earlier. They damaged our driveway which we have to fix at our own costs.
