The service was great, people are friendly and know their business. Due to my own fault - i was in shock when I agreed to the exorbanent price that i received to put in two faucets. The rate is not on an hourly basis but subjective to the plumber who comes to your house. I should have said no - I was a decent customer over the last few years but know hove to rethink it. You should negotiate.

Let me start by saying the entire Plumb Right team is amazing. I called to get an appointment, which couldn’t happen for two days, but asked to be put on a wait list in case someone cancelled the next day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I’d like them to come sooner. Awesome!! Then Devon came out. For the $59 service call, he not only looked at my actual problem, but also all the other little plumbing things that I had been putting off for a while. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING in my house: water softener piping, replaced an entire toilet, replaced 2 drains for tubs so they now hold water correctly, and replaced the vacuum breaker piping for our sprinkler system. When it was all said and done, I paid $1500, which included the purchase of their Lifetime Service Club Membership ($150). The savings alone paid for the membership fee which will give me 10% off future service, priority scheduling, and waived service call fee. They had most supplies on the truck. The one thing he didn’t have another technician brought, so no one had to leave for the store. From start to finish, Plumb Right was amazing and I felt like I accomplished so much for our house by the time they were done. No more plumbing punch list!! Definitely saved me time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy and dependable.

Absolutely wonderful work. Picked up everything. And Thomas William's was my plumber. He is fabulous. He also talked to my daughter as she was paying the bill. I was very pleased.

I called Plumbright out to quote for installing a new gas line for a dryer. I thought that their estimate was too high. Unknowingly my housemate also called them out to quote the exact same job and his estimate was $500 less. When asked for an explanation, they merely stated that the initial job was bid using more copper pipe. $500 is a lot of copper pipe and apparently they would need less when doing the job for a man.

Called to hook up a gas dryer. Let's start with the notion that they schedule in "convenient 2 hour windows..." Convenient for them, but not for me. I expected the plumber to arrive at 10:00 and he didn't show up until a little after noon. Strike one. Upon arrival, I showed Erik the work to be done, which as to disconnect a 1970's vintage dryer and hook up a new dryer. I am the first to admit that I couldn't have done this on my own for lack of knowledge and skills, but what was most amazing is that his initial estimate came in at $800! That's more than I paid for the dryer! I said no way and got him down to $600... (plumbers don't work cheap, was his reply.) Strike two. Then he didn't have the parts on his truck, specifically, the 4 ft yellow hose that is necessary to connect a gas dryer to the gas line. How can you be sent out on a job to do one thing, and lack the part that is critical to doing that one thing... Strike three. The work was completed and completed well, and I have a new and code compliant setup, but here's the thing: in the itemized invoice it shows that even if all he had to do was hook up a new dryer to an existing, compliant gas service, the charge would have been $265. Righty tighty, lefty loosey. Really?? Also, I overheard a discussion he was having with his associate that bought him the needed part, and they were strategizing over how to get the other guy's client to sign up for a home protection plan of some sort. Clearly these guys work on commission and I will NEVER CALL ON THEM AGAIN!
