Poor communication skills, very unprofessional. Not sure about quality of work as we will not be giving her our business.

Suzanne replied right away. I was able to set up a convenient appt right away. She was on time, did a great job and was affordable. And she is a strong woman who owns her own business. I highly recommend her.

Suzanne was great! Very professional and very personable. She did excellent work, with some creative problem solving in unusual situations. She was very easy to work with and her rates were well worth the work that we had done. We will definitely use her again, if the need arises.

Terrible customer service! Scheduled an appointment with Suzie B's and no one showed up for the appointment so I called to figure out what was going on and was told that someone would call me back. Never received a call back and still no one showed up. Called a 2nd time and was told the appointment was cancelled but no one ever called me to let me know. Thanks for a great first impression.

Suzanne was great, she came in, bid reasonably, and completed the job quickly and expertly. She even includes a dog biscuit. I will certainly call her again, and recommend her to friends and family.
