I would never use again! We selected all plumbing fixtures from Ferguson (Burnsville) for a major home remodel late 2015; 2 tubs, 2 toilets, 3 faucets, 2 shower head/controls, 2 tub controls. The first impression was good; the floor salesman was helpful and professional but it went downhill immediately. He didn't get the order written up for our contractor even after repeated requests. He must have forgotten part of the order as when supplies came in there were errors; major kitchen faucet was wrong and one faucet was left off order. His mistake without question as we ordered the faucet he said he had in his home and highly recommended. Unnecessary plumber delays and trips back to store resulted. When I returned four surplus items for credit at the end of remodel, only two were credited and I had to return to store or would have been out several hundred dollars. Attention to detail was terrible!! Recently called manager to report and while he was polite and said "we're sorry", that was it. I didn't get the sense anyone cared. If there is a next time I will surely use another supplier. The motto, "You can buy better but you can't pay more." applies.

Really nice showroom. The only bad thing is that everything is way above average consumer's range

Came in to look for a specialized part from under my kitchen sink. Dark haired female on sales floor was not very patient with me pointed out a couple pieces then after I told her they didn't look like what I needed she just got an attitude with me and said they don't have it. Didn't offer to help find anywhere that did, or try to look anything up in a catalog, not helpful at all. I'll look for another place with helpful staff next time I need something.
