Service with a smile is right! What a nice gentleman who came after hours to fix a badly leaking pipe on a moments notice. Extremely reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend to others!

He said he would show up at 9 am. I took the time off of work to be home. He never showed. He called almost 2 hours later to say sorry but his back hurt. Now I understand that people have injuries but to wait that long to call was absurd. I guess that's the risk you take when trying to give the little guy your business. Now I have to pay emergency rates and take more time off work :-(

He really does offer service with a smile. Excellent, reliable service. John is someone you can trust to do a job well and for a fair price.

Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. I would recommend John Anderson for his outstanding plumbing work and his straight-forward approach to high customer satisfaction. Our minds are now at ease!
