Reached M&B through Thumbtack. They were responsive and their estimate was spot on. Very professional and very flexible with our changing schedule. Very efficient work - Mike was communicative and easy-going, but got the job done right. Had a tub train unclogged, rebuilt the toilet tank flusher and a couple seals, and ran a camera in the main line at our request for diagnostic and informational reasons. All services were priced very fairly and done well. Would highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed in the least.

We had a main drain from the house to the septic tank clogged and we weren't sure if it was ice or a clogged. We called many companies most did not bother to even return our phone calls because it was the weekend. M&b drain not only return my call immediately they were able to come out fairly quickly and help us with our issue. I expected a bill three times the price that they actually gave me at the end of his service. He was very professional and quick and for the job he did extremely reasonable in his prices. I would highly recommend them for your first call.

In the 10 or more times that I’ve used M&B Drain LLC., I have only had positive experiences. Mike extends useful knowledge to help save on possible future problems, and is always willing to spend the extra time on details. I appreciate that he cares about building a business relationship with his clients, and in situations where he has felt he was perhaps in error (maybe he was, I still disagree!) he will do what’s right by his client. He uses environmentally friendly cleaning products when he cleans up after a job, and to me, this is just another added piece to his high quality business practice. I recommend M&B Drain without hesitation.
