Had a clogged drain and was spraying water out of the sink when the dishwasher was running. I called and they were very fast and easy to work with, the best part is they were able to come over after I got off of work. No question to who my friends, family and I will use when we have a plumbing problem.

Were told by another company that we had a broken sewer line at a rental. They didn't really seem confident in how to excavate the yard or repair it. We called Roto Rooter for a second opinion and asked them to reevaluate the situation. After using a few different cameras and cutters they were able to clean out the line which was not broken but badly clogged They were timely, professionally, tidy and knowledgeable and saved us thousands of dollars.

I called with some water back up in my basement. They were very prompt and willing to help. Mike came out while working with my work schedule, went above and beyond to fix the issue, including moving things out of his way. Left things incredibly clean and everything worked out great! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!

Had a minor issue with the length of time it took for a newer employee to diagnose and clear out a drain. Mike called us, explained everything. Went from a bad experience to a good experience. Will use/recommend them in the future.
