From start to finish I was completely satisfied with the job. I was contacted promptly when I made the appointment and was given my time preference for the service call. While I was home waiting, I received a call from the Advanced Professional Plumbing and Heating office to advise me that the men were about 30 minutes away. This was great. You know how hard it is to wait and not know if they're on their way or not. The person I spoke to was very polite and took down all the information of how to gain access to my building, which has a difficult intercom system. Once the plumber came in I showed him what I wanted done and he was back in a matter of minutes with his toolbox to do the job. He worked quickly, neatly and quietly. When he was done he had me come to look to make sure that I was satisfied, but he was very professional and friendly. I received a call the next morning to find out if I was satisfied with the work. I absolutely was and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and other people searching for a plumber on google. I would also use them again. This was a great stress-free way to get things fixed.
