If I could give this company zero stars i would!! I have never had a harder time dealing with people in my life. Ive rented a home they manage for two years & i advised them 6 months prior to me moving out that i would be moving out due to personal issues with my family being threatened and at risk. At the move out i spoke to JAMIE RUIZ from the property management company who is VERY nasty, may i add. I explained to her that I would clean up, patch up, and repaint the apt before my departure which i DID. I then sent photos showing that i did. She inspected the apt with me there and said it looked great & is now charging me $600 to paint only TWO rooms. When I questioned her about landlords having to repaint when tenants move after two years of living there, she insisted that i had to cover the expense of painting which included keeping $600 of my money. On top of all of that after telling them i would appreciate it if they gave us 24hrs notice before they came in to do work & i would appreciate it if they came only when somebody was home, they failed to give me notice and they walked right into my home with their own keys while my 17 year old daughter was home alone and showering so she could not answer the door. In fear of who it was she hid in the bathroom until they left. Disgusting people. They will rob you out of your money. Worst property management company to deal with. I would advise anyone who is interested STAY AWAY.
