These guys are the best! They work really hard to get to you the same day they call and if it is cold and you have no heat, they work fast to get you set up. They have handled our annual maintenance as well as fixing an air pump multiple times. All of the techs are super nice and informative and take their time to explain what they did and why. I never feel cheated or like I am paying too much with Webster Plumbing!

Very Friendly. My Kitchen faucet handle broke. The Plumber mentioned the handle has to be ordered. Gave me the part number and mentioned American Standard may give it free as it only 2 years old. Told me how to install it . Thanks Webster Plumbing

That is very rude to say they are taking their time on their weekend when they should be off to fix things at YOUR house. The work very hard and do a great job. They came to my house on a weekend, yes I had to pay extra but it is all because it is their weekend to be off working! Webster Plumbing gets 5 stars from me and do a great job.

Webster plumbing is dishonest and unwilling to honor their faulty service. We were in the process of buying a home in Morris Plains but were living in Chicago at the time. Our home inspector recommended having a section of the pipe replaced to prevent problems in the future. Mind you that there were no leaks when the inspection was done this was a preventative measure. The sellers hired Webster plumbing to do the work with a very expensive $1,000 price tag. It is horribly disappointing that the sellers used such a dishonest company. The first time we flushed a toilet the pipe leaked. We had Webster Plumbing come look at the damage and they would not help us, they claimed the pipe didn’t leak when they left and offered no warranty on their service. This is shoddy work because the pipe wasn’t leaking before they came and it was leaking immediately afterward. Webster Plumbing quoted another $1,000 to fix their fault. We refused to give them any more money and used another local company, Paul Cullen Plumbing who fixed it for $960 (tax and all) and gave a 1 year warranty on their work. Spare yourself the unnecessary expense and headache don’t use Webster Plumbing. Yours truly,
