Excellent first time experience with Gold Medal. The serviceman Ed T. called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and patient to explain work to be done. Good Medal was responsive to my urgent call to address a home inspection issue. Very professional service all around...highly recommended.

I just had Ed the Electrician put up a new ceiling fan, I cannot express enough how courteous and professional he was. I highly recommend that if you ever need electrical work call Gold Medal and request Ed. Thank you ED.

We recently had electrical work done by Gold Medal. Our electrician Matthew did an amazing job and went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He took the time to explain each concern that we had and performed the job professionally. Thanks Matt :)

Update 7/4/18.... Work was completed clean and professional. I don't know why so many negative reviews outside of prices being high but my experience was fine. If I have any issues... I will certainly write about it. I will rate accordingly when the work is done so disregard the 1 star. Thomas Russell is the sales rep for me and so far he was great, professional , knowledgeable and very informative. This is my first time using this company. The pricing is a bit higher than what I was previously quoted from another company using some better accessory equipment but the turnaround time of Gold Medal was surprisingly fast. A lower price would have been ideal for me but we'll see. I informed my sales rep that I work on referral and frequently refer to my friends and colleagues my service experiences when in needed. Finally, as a military veteran I appreciate and demand the honesty an integrity of people whom I need to trust to help me out. The Yelp reviews were very very bad but I was referred by someone who had a great experience.

Hired to fix a leak in my furnace. 1. Only after second arrival they found the issue. 2. Unprofessional. 3. Didn't offer to check with the manufacturer for warranty that I actually have for parts and charged me high price 4. Replaced a gasket as recommended by manufacture and brought screws (not original) from Home depot for this gasket and pan. after putting the gasket and pan, the leak was stronger and now I can't use any more my furnace. 5. After talking the the manufacture company , they asked Gold Medal to contact them to get a representative to estimate and evaluate the furnace (3 years old). GOLD MEDAL REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS AND GET ME A REPRESENTATIVE ALTHOUGH I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE. BOTTOM LINE, BROKEN FURNACE THAT WAS WORKING BEFORE GOLD MEDAL TOUCHED IT AND NOW I NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THAT IGNORING AND DECIDING NOT TO CLOSE AND ISSUE START TO END. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!!
