I went here to get a replacement shower stem. The guy behind the counter was very helpful. He was able to look up the genuine replacement and find it quickly. Great service and the pricing was fair.

They guys in the shop were very helpful. I had a problem with matching different sized pipes in a confined space. Before I was done explaining the problem, they brought out the right part. It worked great.

I would rate this a single star, but because the men in the parts department were so helpful and friendly, I won't do that. However, the showroom staff needs some training in retail. The woman working the desk never acknowledged us. After she was done with a phone call, instead of then taking a chance to welcome us and ask us if we had any questions, acknowledged another gentleman who walked in. She did not even look over to say anything along the lines of "I will be with you in a moment." I walked out and bought what I needed at GPS and will give them all my business and my strong recommendation in the future.
