I met with Nicolas Failler about a month ago and handed him a list of everything I needed to order. We had a good conversation and he promised to turn around a quote quickly. It has now been 4 weeks and I cannot get ahold of him by phone or email. I called the office and when I explained the situation was told by the receptionist that I was "overreacting" and insinuated that I was probably lying. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I brought the information to FERGUSON and they have been lovely to work with. Would highly recommend.

This place seems to be a showroom mostly for the trade. It is good to get ideas for products here. You need to give them a good amount of time because they seem to do most of their work on the phone. In the meantime there are a lot of sample displays to look at.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Their equipment breaks quickly, and they will not help you order replacement parts. Terrible service. First off - the number on their website is disconnected. Second, I have been working with Javier in the your NYC showroom to reorder parts that we first bought at Blackman for Samuel Heath. He has decidedly gone MIA - I know he's in office as his assistant says so - but he is not returning my emails or voicemails or calls - despite my simply trying to order a part. I find it completely unprofessional and am unaware of how use to determine the part we need replaced and reordered. AVOID THIS PLACE
