I own two old properties. I think my home was built by the pilgrims so you can imagine I have alot of plumbing and heating related issues on a regular basis. I have been using Bill for both properties for at least 7 years. He did a commercial restaurant plumbing job and various no heat no water issues over the years. For emergency calls I never waited my than 5 hours to get the job done even in the middle of emergency call season. His crew is top class and they know their stuff. Before Bill I'm sure I was directly responsible for christening many a plumbers' boats and plumber home additions because boy did they rip you off. And most were useless. Bill is very reasonable, good and just a nice guy. This is my first review but I must give credit where credit is due.

They came to fix my boiler and radiators. They got the boiler working but had difficulties with the radiators. The day before Thanksgiving, they flooded my bedroom because of a lack of coordination between them and the water flowed through the dining room ceiling and onto my dining room table and area rug. The water stained my rug and my ceiling. They quickly left, leaving me to clean up the water and muck from the radiators. They promised to return a week later to finish the job. I never heard from them again. They left the radiators in the middle of the rooms. Of course they are too heavy for me to move. I've put 8 coats of primer on the ceiling to no avail. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I had a problem with my furnace and he came right out and repaired it quickly. Also was very affordable. I would tell anyone looking for a plumber make him your first call.
