Answered his phone right away. Helped us with an emergency. Listened to our explanation of the problem, investigated our situation when he arrived and then told us our options. Seemed very experienced and good communicator.

Bill did a great job unplugging our drain tile outside our house in West St Paul. He was in the area and was able to get out right away and completed the repair and then some for the price quoted. I was impressed with his arsenal of tools available if needed. Thanks Bill!

Bill came out to our house because we had a slow drain in the tub in our main bathroom. He was able to get it handled and the tub works great now. the wife is happy! We just bought the house and Bill was kind enough to look at all the drains and let me know if he found any other issues that could come up. We determined it was a good idea to eventually send a camera out the main line to the street to see if we had any roots and the overall condition of the line. Bill also showed me where the main water line comes in, shutoffs and blowouts. This was super helpful as a new homeowner. I have used Roto Rooter before on my old house and Drain Blaster Bill was way better.
