Customer service here is poor. Sales people are rude and are racist. They didn't welcome us upon our arrival or ask if we needed assistance. Went there today to purchase a country sink and faucet for our kitchen. We were torn between 2 faucets and wanted to know the pricing and if our finish style was available. We asked 3 of sales people for help and they didn't even look up and kept sending us back and forth to different desks. Another couple arrived who happened to be Caucasian, and boy did they get the royal treatment! We were last sent to the receptionist and she said to go to the sales reps! We decided to walk out and told them they lost sales. I wouldn't refer them to anyone. There are other showrooms in NJ who I'm sure would like to assist us because our money is green just like everyone else's! Racist Sales Reps!

Buyers beware. At least with the case of Rohl kitchen faucets, they do not sell standard Rohl (with only Rohl parts)., but instead use of the shelf parts. My faucet, purchased within the last two years, has neopril hoses and quick connects, which now leak. Ferguson has been no help in finding replacement parts, and Rohl tells me they don't recognize the parts as theirs Update: since posting the above, Ferguson has been trying hard to resolve this issue

Best service and you feel so welcome. The people are so helpful and knowledgeable and know what they are doing well.

Very unfriendly and unapproachable staff. Most act as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I find it difficult to believe they do not stock parts for Kohler toilets. I won't be shopping there anymore.
