I am very pleased with the service Stewards Plumbing has provided me. I've used them on several occasions and their work is exemplary. In one case I needed replacement of my passive solar hot water tank & conversion to electric. It was a complex job and the finished product was impressive. They made sure required codes were followed and the new unit was properly secured. In another instance my cooler was winterized and in another they replace a toilet. Each task was completed in a polished and professional manner. Thank you Stewards!

Office staff was very friendly and responsive. The plumbers were tidy and polite, they solved our problem and charged what they said they would. My only complaint is that they arrived here an hour after I was told they would come, even though we were their first call of the day. Even so, I would use them again. After all, this is New Mexico, ¿qué no?

We have used Steward's Plumbing for over 5 years now. We bought a home with "boiler in-floor heat" and had never experienced it before. Steward's Plumbing not only started it up but also educated us on how it works, how to set thermostats, and how to light it. We have used them ever since. Punctual, polite, informative, dependable and very willing to work around "the customer's" schedule. We highly recommend them!

While we have had positive experiences with Steward's in the past and were happy with them, this season they let us down. They missed an appointment that we had scheduled with them, had us wait a week until they showed up for a new appointment, and once they did, they told us we needed a new furnace and that we could not keep it on for safety reasons. They told us they would be in touch about plans to replace the furnace in the next 48 hours. We never heard back from them. I think we will be looking for a new business to meet our plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

Bought a State water heater here in Albuquerque, we have had trouble with it for about 6 months it's still fairly new we only had it for 19 months, I called our Warranty and they gave me a phone number to Stewards Plumbing which they sent a guy out to our home on 2/13 was told he would Troubleshoot our water Heater, didn't know trouble shooting was just a phone call to our Warranty place and they had him look through the little glass on our water heater to tell us there might be dust in the pan, he couldn't find no problem with it even though our water Heater doesn't stay lit for more then 5 minutes. He gave my husband a quote for $243-$303.00 to clean pan...I was in shock when my husband called me at work to tell me. Of course we can't afford that we paid $450 for our Water heater, I will be calling " State Water Heaters" again on Monday, didn't realize all the bad Reviews on these water heaters from there We would of never bought that brand.....
