Was by far the best service I have had at our business. Jonathan was amazing and friendly and fast. Was not able to get our normal company here in a timely manner and I think we going to use Roto Rooter from now on. I had a issue late in the day and they attempted to get to the location same day but were not able to. The other company I have been using was only able to give me the following day late. Thank you for such an amazing job!

Of course plumbing issues happen on the weekend. I am grateful they were able to get things running smoothly again. Fast, courteous and professional.

Very professional with a beautiful truck, extremely courteous! Very prompt! Must be well trained and certified, since he's part of a huge franchise. No charge for showing up and giving an estimate. All of those positives! But the price is $185 to clear my kitchen drain. I'm sorry to post this but that's way beyond what a person on a budget should be paying to have the kitchen drain cleared, especially when others are charging under that. Now I know.

We have the whole home plan. They always come out within a few hours are met and explain everything they are doing and if there will be any additional expense.

I am so thankful for this company. We tried getting another company out and they were very unprofessional on the phone. We called Roto-rooter and within minutes we had a friendly and knowledgeable tech on the phone. He talked to me and treated me with respect. We ended up having them come out. He and another tech worked to resolve our problem quickly and stayed around after to answer a few questions we had about our plumbing. Being first time home oweners we are clueless. It was a great experience from start to finish and we will definitely be using their services in the future.
