I used to love this company. The previous owner retired and now they do sorry work and the plumber tried to up charge. Spent most of his time smoking and on the cell phone. Then didn't fix the problem. Even forced reusing an old wax ring for the toilet. Estimate went double too.

They installed central air and heat in my house sometime in late 2005. To date, there have been 8 service calls most on the A/C and now I am waiting on the 9th. The receptionist does not return calls when she says. I only called them because the recurring problem "might" still be in warranty. My A/C has never worked properly and 2009 was the only year I have not had to call for service. I don't think the servicemen are unprofessional, but some may not be sure of what they are doing. After this, I will never use them again for anything.

Installed heat/AC in my house in Rio Rancho built in 2009. AC never worked. They sent a repair guy who badmouthed the guy who first installed it, then spent 4 hours, phone to ear, getting instructions on how to fix it. It worked for one summer. Dead again this spring. Receptionist brusque if not rude. Does not return calls as promised. Thermostat would not hold a program. Replaced with same. Still would not hold program. They could not find instructions for how to program it. I have given up on them. Call someone else.

Ken's Plumbing installed my air conditioning unit on my new home in 2007. When the motor burned out after 3 years, trying to get them over to just look at it was quite a task. After the first tech wasn't able to make the necessary repair, we had to wait 3 days (without a/c) for another tech to come out. They never return phone calls and when they do show up, it is unannounced. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Kens was the installer of the heating/air conditioning unit in our new home in Los Lunas in 2009. They have been called out multiple times to honor their warrantlies and every experience has been horrible and a nightmare. The office/account person in the ABQ office will laugh in your face about the problems with their work and the honoring of their warranties. The GM is grossly incompetent and believed to only be in that position by family relation. Now that the home inspection and purchase agreement/warranty is going to expire, we will NEVER call on them again. We recommend never never never NEVER call on this company, you will regret it.
