Ken Gallagher came out to my house and helped with my drain issue. I called them at 8am on a Sunday morning and they arrived within 30 minutes. Ken explained what they were going to do, and gave me best/worst case. Within an hour, Ken had solved the issue, and even stayed and had me run all my drains to make sure everything was working. I thought Ken was professional, and honest. I would recommend him to anyone!

Had an old, low functioning faucet in the kitchen for years that finally gave up. Called RR to see if a repair would help, but really knew that there was no hope and a new one would be probably be in order. Bill (1556) and Mike were sent to assess the situation and they were ready with a new faucet in the truck. Bill has been here before as we seem to have a plumbing issue every year or so. Bill installed the new faucet, quickly and neatly. Had a great conversation, told me everything he was doing. Cleaned up the area (cleaner than it was) and we're back in business. Should have done this years ago. The new faucet is great, I'm very happy with the service and professionalism I always receive with RR. Bill is top-notch, friendly, professional and knows his business. Always very satisfied with RR.

Amazing work, very courteous very quick! Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner, would 100% recommend to friends and family. For 24/7 service it’s reasonably priced! Came to fix leaking pipe at 10pm and finished within the hour! Hoping for Matt next time I need them, amazing services!

We had a significant plumbing problem that arose on a Sunday- as these things often do! Roto-Rooter was happy to assist and arrived within an hour of our call. Furthermore, we were given an updated time-of-arrival that was consistent with when the tech (Henry #1120, I believe!?) showed up to our home. He was nothing less than professional and genuine. He thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done, as well as what he was doing as he performed the job. It was evident that he tried to do everything he could to improve the situation without hiking up our cost, unnecessarily. The work was done well and efficiently. Furthermore, it is no secret that this is a dirty job-- our bathroom was truly spotless when he left.

roto-rooter over charged me and when I called the office for an explanation of services the front desk picked up, I asked to transferred to manager. The woman at front desk said I'll take care of the billing issue, and she didn't give me a definitive answer as to why I was charged almost $1000 to clear out a sewer Line. I told her I contacted 2 plumbers and told them the story and both outfits said that's a standard charge and they both quoted me $150. So I told this to the woman at the front desk and she said we can charge whatever we want. I said can I speak to a Manager, she said He's gonna tell you the same thing I'm telling you. I said that's fine let me hear it from him. She puts me on hold, comes back on the line and say's he's in a meeting he'll call you back. I said what is his name, she then says well I have multiple managers here and then I said Can I have anyone of their names she said no I'm not giving you any one of their names and hung up on me (I asked 4 times to be transferred to a manager). Still I have yet to hear back from any person at roto-rooter. These people are liars and over charge customers for standard services. Then when roto-rooter was at my home they tried to sell me a liner for my sewer line for $9000 and then tried to tell me I needed all new piping for $22,000. I called another plumber and he told me that any real honest plumber would never install a liner in the pipe because it can cause more problem then helping and its basically useless and a waste of money and that I didn't need new pipping. The amount of stress that was put on me this week because of their lies was painstaking and to have to come and find out from 2 different contractors that I was lied to and immensely over charged by roto-rooter. They will never get my money again.
