A Bianco plumbing and heating technician recently came and serviced my homes heating system. He was prompt, professional and quiet as my wife works from home. Work was completed and price was fair for the time he spent. This was my second business transaction with Bianco and I will call again when in need.

I was a long time formerly satisfied customer of Bianco Plumbing. I used them again about a year ago when doing a kitchen remodel. All new piping was installed for a new sink & dishwasher connection. I noticed less than a year after the work that our new kitchen floor installed last, at the end of the remodel, was bubbling up and obviously damaged somehow. Contacted the floor installers who inspected and said the floor was a total loss due to water damage. It had to be entirely torn up & replaced at a cost of $1,900. They said to look for water leaks. It was discovered that there were water 2 leaks in the less than 1 year old plumbing work at connection points. One at the dishwasher connection and one where the sink bowl connects to the piping. The dishwasher connection is out of sight and was not found until the floor installers kept having water leaking back on the sub-floor after they ripped up the damaged flooring. Both connections were loose and they were tightened. I contacted Bianco plumbing, explained the issue and only asked that they cover half of the floor damage since it was directly caused by their faulty plumbing work. I felt this was more than fair and maybe even too fair to them because this should have never happened after less than a year. I was told that pluming connections can become loose and maybe the under sink connection was bumped and loosened by our pots and pans. First of all we do not keep pots and pans beneath the sink and secondly sounds very unlikely unless people are regularly slamming things against their pipes. We are under our sink so infrequently that we did not notice that connection leaking until looking for problems after being told to do so by the floor people. I was not given an excuse for the dishwasher connection. Basically I was nicely told I'm out of luck. I was particularly irritated because I was a long time customer. New plumbing connections should not become loose after less than 1 year. How would they loosen in that short of time if properly installed? If plumbing connections routinely become loose after less than 1 year there would be ruined floors in people's homes every year. And if this is normal I did not receive a directive telling me I have to go around checking my plumbing connections on a regular basis. I suggest you look elsewhere when you need a plumber.
