very professional and knowledgeable cost was comparable to every one else. The crew that came to my house was great. I will be using them again.

The technician was very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to resolve our issue. He even called the town's Highway Department out to locate our vent in the yard because it was somehow completely buried. I've used Mr. Rooter twice now and have been completely satisfied both times. I would recommend to anyone.

Professional service, friendly staff. Extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to use in the future. Was made to feel like a valued customer.

Nick was very professional, and I appreciated the fact that he took the time to fully explain what needs to be done in the future with our plumbing (our house was built in the 1950s and still has its original cast iron stack) along with the potential risks (and additional costs) if we're not proactive.

Same day service, on the Saturday before Christmas without the inflated weekend emergency rates. Dispatchers kept me updated on the status of my service although the arrival was outside of the originally stated appointment window. The expertise and knowledge of the team ensured they were able to identify the problem instead of the quick fix. They provided an up front price that was accurate. They were clean and respectful of the property and the staff was friendly. Same service done by a competitor 5 years ago and paid close to double.
