I found spent months seeking a qualified contractor to renovate my kitchen and several bathrooms. It was a frustrating and fruitless search, until I found Botto Brothers. I called them on a Wednesday and was able schedule an appointment for the next day. Hunter Botto arrived on time, conducted a thorough walk through of the rooms we wanted done, LISTENED to what we wanted, offered some very insightful ideas, and made notes. We received a detailed estimate the NEXT DAY, and we hired them soon after. Hunter was very helpful during the planning stage, and the work began almost exactly when they said it would. The entire Botto Brothers staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and competent. I was impressed with every one of them throughout the project. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product was better than we imagined it could be. I would recommend Botto Brothers for any renovation as well as for every day plumbing needs. Far and away the BEST experience I have ever had with any home improvement contractor.

they're kind of dull about customers and/or rude... I think they have a certain type they cater to, the rest of us couldn't possibly know what we're doing in the store... dislike Honestly, I think Home Depot is better for most things, they have more options and less condescension. A plus

I recently called Botto Bros. Had a pipe freeze and it destroyed my home. They were so professional, came immediately and got my system back up and running within a few hours. They are very responsive and on time. They said they would be there right away and they were. Thank you Botto for taking care of my situation!

During Hurricane Sandy my hot water heater failed and I called Botto Bros for service. They did come and as soon as the field plumber arrived he said , I know what you problem is, NAT GRID shut off all gas due to storm damage from hurricane Sandy. Obviously they could not do anything about that. I was charged $200 including tax for a very short visit. This really bothered me. They could have told me over the phone or cancel the charge. In fact the tech said he had many calls all charging $200 a pop including tax. I even mentioned this to NAT GRID truck personal and they said that was WRONG. I then called Botto Bros to complain and heard nothing back. At this point I called AMEX to challenge the charge and the end result was since the paper was signed by me, I was charged anyways. Eventually I spoke to the owner named Hunter and he gave the sob story of how expensive it is to run his business. I requested a refund and was given a hard NO. In fact at the end of the call, he said good luck with your basement rebuild, but it obviously was insincere to say the least. This is being posted for your knowledge so you can make up your mind if you want to do business with this firm. I found another plumbing outfit with character and some compassion.

Stay away from this place, overpriced, and unprofessional. Left me with a leaking oil line!
