I have nothing but high accolades for Finger Lakes Comfort and its technicians! If you’ve ever dealt with the other big local company in town you will instantly see the difference! Not only has he consitantly beat the competitions bids, he’s done so consistently using a higher quality furnace (or boiler) with a higher or equal efficiency! I try to do as much of my own work on my properties because I’m kind of fussy but when I need a professional help I call these guys! The quality of their work and professionalism is second to none! I’ve even had them walk me through stuff that they knew I could do on my own to help me save me money! I cannot say enough good things about this company as a whole!

This is a top notch company that did a wonderful job fixing our furnace on short notice at a VERY FAIR price . I would strongly recommend !

These people are the biggest scammers ever. They break things and act like your brand new faucet came defective wasting time and forcing their return. ...thus adding hours. Second part of the scam is quoting a maximum amt....which is higher than needed but makes you feel good because it cant go higher...then they send two people to do the job OF ONE AND THEY CHARGE FOR THE SECOND man to stand around doing nothing and charging $50 an hour for their lacky...and the other actually does the work....CAUSING THE BILL TO BE THE AMT QUOTED...WHEN CLEARILY ONE MAN COULD HAVE DONE THE WORK HIMSELF. HUGE SCAMMER ALERT!
