8 months ago, I had a heat & cool company come by to assess the problem with my oil burning furnace and was charged exorbitantly for over an 8 hour work and still ZERO result! They could not make the unit run! This furnace was down for some time while I was looking for the right company with the right know how to fix this unit. Finally, John Whitcomb from Potter HVAC came by and had the furnace purring and running within less than 15 minutes!! He also fixed and replaced corroded/broken/frozen baseboard pipes and made sure the problem was fixed thoroughly! If you want the job done properly, professionally and meticulously, John is what I consider a Master in his profession! He has the knowledge, experience and skill. He is a great asset to the Potter HVAC company!

We found the whole crew at Potter HVAC to be so helpful. We recently had them install our new furnace. Their sales staff was not pushy at all which is so refreshing. Their tech was very knowledgeable and was able to help us with another issue we were having while he was here. I would most definitely recommend them. Thanks for all of your help!

Jim Godfrey was extremely positive and very knowledgeable about options and our specific needs. What a wonderful change to be treated like a neighbor instead of a rating. Thank you Potter HVAC for doing what you said you were going to do when you said it would be done and rolling with the holdups, (without the well worn excuses), to insure timetables really meant something. I couldn't be more pleased with our new furnace and the total experience. Bravo to the Potter team and Jim Godfrey!

Called them due to a failed furnace during a major deep freeze. They got someone out to me the same day and had the furnace working again in 20 minutes, and at a very reasonable cost. Very happy!
