We recently found ourselves in need of replacing our boiler and reached out to Cox Plumbing. I have to say, these guys are great. We received prompt service, reasonable pricing and professionalism. A special thank you goes out to Jimmy, Jerry and Anne, we appreciate all you have done to get us up and running before the cold temps came in. I would highly suggest working with Cox for all your plumbing needs.

We had heating system checked yesterday. The price was reasonable. No more knocking sounds and water spitting from our radiators. He explained the system to my husband. It was informative. Felt very reliable. Today is freezing cold outside. We are happy that we got it fix just the right time!

Woke up to cold water, brrrrrrr. Called Charles Cox Plumbing, because they are local and i like to use local companies when ever i can. One of the technician was available immediately. within 10 min he was at my house and told me, sorry but we don't work in Sears brand. Well the HWH was already over 10 years old anyway and the water never was really warm or even hot. After 3 hours, i had a new water heater and really hot water at the same settings of the old HWH. All looks professional. Thanks Charles Cox Plumbing for a fast service
