I am in the heating business and rarely see companies do things the right way. Karl's plumbing is a company that does it the right way and the right way the first time Steven Behrens Hi-Tech Heating

Don't bother. High price rip off. Verbal skills are very low. $850. Got it done by a Master plumber for $160. Be careful.

Our HVAC system failed after 15 years and required a new condenser. Since the model isn't manufactured anymore and has been driving our electric bill up, we upgraded to a new Carrier high efficiency unit. Not only has our monthly electric bill dropped, but the house is cooler than ever before. Thanks for a painless and fast install!

Called regarding an issue with our bathroom sink not draining. They said they were going to call me back, which they did within 10 minutes. I set up an appointment for the next day and once they arrived it was fixed within 5 minutes. They even offered me a voucher for a discount on my next service call!

The plumbers might be good who knows. The customer appointment tact is a circus. First they gave me the option of 2 appointments, morning or afternoon. I finally opt for morning the nice girl on the phone confirms 9:30 a.m. - 12 next day. I wait around until 10 and figured I call to make sure. They say no, they're coming in the afternoon. This time it's a woman, not rude, but you know that passive aggressive angry schoolteacher voice? Yeah she had that one. Then she says the best she can "maybe" do is 11:30 a.m. Maybe? Then maybe, actually I definitely, took my business elsewhere. She did me a favor. They really should hire someone with awesome people skills, makes a difference.
