I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Mike O'Brien and his team. He not only came prepared to answer all our questions but had a number of examples and pictures of other work done. They were so responsive and the work was done flawlessly!! Mike even called us after the job to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job!! Great company to work with!! I would use them again and highly recommend!!

6 out of 5 stars (is that possible?) I couldn’t be happier with this company. I chose Mike O’Brien Heating, Cooling and Plumbing off the internet because of their rave reviews. Last week, a very cold week, my furnace decided to stop working. I called and Mike himself picked up the phone. He instantly made me feel better like my problem could be fixed and not to worry. He directed me to Dan, who was also very nice and listened to me. Dan, knowing the temperature was dropping, told me the soonest he could come to me home was the next day and if I wanted, to call around to other companies to see if they could come earlier. I thought about it but then decided, no, the reason this company is busy is because they are very good at what they do. So, my cat and decided to stick it out until the morning and we got under the covers in a house that the thermostat was now reading 48 degrees. (We were fine.) Dan came right on time the next morning and after carefully evaluating my situation gave me all of my options. Some not so pretty but not the company’s fault. My furnace was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. (No brainer) Knowing we were braving the elements, Dan juggled his schedule around to accommodate me and Johnny Cat. As promised, 2 competent installers, one named Luke the other I didn’t catch his name, arrived at my door bright and early with a new furnace in tow. I was elated. They promised heat by Noon and that is exactly what happened. I went to work and when I got home, my house was a balmy 70 degrees (heat wave). I would certainly recommend this company and its staff to my family, my friends and anyone who needs heating, cooling or plumbing. Trust me, they will not disappoint you.

I had heating baseboards installed and zoned wasn't a good experience when they finished the job that evening they rushed and had a leak after they left had to come back cuz it was leaking in the crawl space nice flood because they didn't clamp the PEX fitting never checked down there when they turn the system back on because they were in a rush and they did a good amount damaged to the ceiling and walls installing baseboards when it could have been avoided. In the next few days I had three more leaks and called but they don't answer the phone took forever and when you do get someone what you get is excuses and they don't believe you and I had no heat all this time and was cold out. Christmas Eve was coming in a few days and had people coming over and fix the stuff myself so I could have heat mistakes by the plumber cutting the PEX very crooked and not using the sleeve on the quick connectors after I did the repairs no more leaks but I did have a noisy radiator and pipes that I had fix too. They wanted to make things right but never made good on their part disappointed cuz they could made things right with the gift certificate and repairs.

Great customer service. Mike O'Brien Heating & Cooling and Dan Dutcher go above and beyond to take care of customers In December my furnace (that they had installed years ago) would started to lock out and I would have to power it off and back on to get it going. I called about 6:00 on Monday (after hours) and Dan Dutcher answered we went over what is was doing and he asked me some questions. We went over the info he needed to diagnose the problem over the phone. He gave me his cell phone so I could get the info and get back to him. I get back to him that night with the info and he new exactly the part needed. I was happy he took the time to diagnose it over the phone so that it did not take extra time and the part could get ordered. He made sure that I would be OK till the part came in so I would not be with out heat. I was fine it was still working. He got the part in Wednesday morning and he came out that day and installed it. Everything is working great
