We needed a plumber for a sewer backup in our basement. We were doing research online when they called right away and said they could come right out. Were at my house within a short time. Angel was very courteous and professional and fixed our sewer backup within an hour. I would definitely recommend them based off our first experience and the owner was very good at following up to make sure we were satisfied which in unheard of these days! We needed quick professional help on Sunday for our backed up shower drain and they did the job. They were great at explaining everything and answered all my questions. The dispatcher was helpful and we were thankful for the excellent job with having three girls needing our shower. I would definitely contact them the next time when needed.

Dean and his crew were excellent. I had a sewage backup at my home in Tonawanda due to a shifted original clay tile line that led to the main sewer. Superior was able to come the next day and complete the work. The dig and replacement were skillfully done, even worked around an existing tree that was directly in line with the route. They left at the end of the day and it was as if nothing even happened. I would recommend Superior to anyone as they exceeded all of my expectations. Thanks again!
