The merchandise is good, installation is good, getting them to get the project done is like pulling teeth. They left multiple messages on a phone number not belonging to us, even then they did not go back and recheck the phone number on the order, but continued to call the number from the computer. It's a sad day when a client has to pay twice, once out of pocket and once with anxiety. The fellows they sent to do the plumbing were excellent. I give them five stars.

Too much good stuff to choose from.

A year ago McKenna's renovated two of our bathrooms. Our experience in all respects was excellent. It was a particular pleasure working with Mike Schell as we made decisions and choices. Mike guided us through the selection of materials and made very helpful suggestions. The selection at McKenna's met our needs. When we could not find exactly what we liked Mike went above and beyond to find what would work. Our experience was first rate from start to finish.
