Don’t use them! The customer service is terrible. We converted from oil to gas in 2013 & we used Esposito. Unfortunately now, nearly 5 years later, I find out from the village that they never closed my permit (which I paid almost $400). I called them to find out what we were supposed to do & the person that answered the phone took the information & said someone would get back to me. Well after waiting a week and no one calling me back, I had to call again. I was then told that there was nothing they could do because the plumber that did the work no longer works there & they are not licensed in our village. By the way, I paid $330 for my yearly service contract & they never told me that they were not licensed in my village! I complained to her about their lack of customer service and that I don’t think I will be using them again for our service contract & her response was “ok”. STAY AWAY!

Find another plumber!! They took over 3 weeks to complete a job they said would be done in 3 days. Some days they showed up. Other days they didn’t. No phone call. Unreliable. Unprofessional.

Esposito Plumbing and heating was a pleasure to do business with and I definitely recommend them. From the receptionist who answered the phone, to the technician who came to my home, everyone was professional and friendly. The technician was very prompt, neat, and informative. My heat was fixed in no time. I will be defiantly giving calling them next time.
